Production
Phoenix, and all other projects are delivered under the Phoenix Production banner, the dedicated production arm of Cinema Vault Studio.
As development on PHOENIX progressed, it became clear that a defined production structure was essential to support the scale, coordination, and professionalism required to bring the project to life. Phoenix Production was established to provide that structure, separating the creative development of the project from the practical responsibilities of production.
Cinema Vault Studio remains the originating creative entity and the holder of all underlying intellectual property. Phoenix Production operates alongside this as the operational unit responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the production itself. This includes scheduling, logistics, crew coordination, production management, and on-set delivery.
The introduction of Phoenix Production ensures that all production-related communication and workflow are handled through a clearly defined and consistent channel. For cast and crew, this provides clarity around roles, responsibilities, and points of contact, aligning the project with established industry practices and expectations.
This structure has been implemented to support a professional working environment from the earliest stages of development, ensuring that PHOENIX is not only creatively ambitious, but also operationally sound. It reflects a commitment to delivering the project with discipline, organisation, and respect for the time and contribution of everyone involved.
While initially formed to support PHOENIX, Phoenix Production has been designed as a scalable production framework. As Cinema Vault Studio continues to develop original projects, this structure provides a consistent and reliable foundation for future productions.
